After graduating from college in 1983, Tim Small spent the summer before law school earning money the same way he had during weekends and breaks, purchasing supplies for construction companies in his hometown of Cleveland. Come fall, instead of going to law school, he opened his own construction supply yard.

Today, that business is the most trusted interior building supplier for some of the largest contractors in 14 markets across the Midwest and Southeast. It has flourished by sticking to our original core values and relentlessly pushing decision making to the local level where the right thing to do for customers is always clearest.
